Movement Miami offers a variety of different At-school Programs all lead by highly qualified teachers who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.

Music and Movement Program

Group Exercise and Music Class for Children

​

Children will have the opportunity to practice and learn physical fitness exercises specially geared for young children. They will participate in Strength and Coordination Training, Dance Exercise, Games and Relays that increase physical activity, and enhance creativity using Musical Instruments. This is a great class for both boys and girls of the ages 2-5 who want to participate in physical fitness activity.

Pre-Ballet Program

Introduction to Ballet Technique and Etiquette

Children will learn the basic principles associated with Ballet Training. They will learn Foot and Arm Positions, Footwork, Stretch and Strength Training, Balance and Coordination Training, and Ballet Technique and Etiquette. This program is for young children ages 2-5 years old who want to dance ballet.

Creative Movement and Introduction to Dance Program

Variety Program

This program combines the components of Dance Technique, Physical Fitness, and Creativity Enhancement. Each class will offer a variety of activities such as Stretch and Strength Training, Balance and Coordination Training, use of Musical Instruments, Foot and Arm Positions, Footwork, and Games and Relays. This program is for children ages 2-5 who want to learn the basic principles associated with dance training and want to engage in physical fitness activity.
